Helping music creators
unlock the value of their catalogs.

Toronto based music catalog brokerage, with an
artist-first approach and a trusted network of investors.

Music catalogs have become one of the most attractive alternative investments today.

Royalties offer predictable income with a low correlation to stock market volatility, inflation-resistant returns, and insulation from recessions, making them an attractive asset class for investors seeking diversification.

Goldman Sachs forecasts that global music revenues will nearly double. Despite recent economic challenges, the industry remains resilient, with structural shifts paving the way for sustained growth and new monetization avenues.

Stu Macdonald understands music. He has spent years producing records and writing songs in Toronto’s music scene. Alongside that, he built a career on a trading desk at ATB Capital Markets where he sold equity deals and advised institutional investors on market decisions. While there, he became intrigued by the growing interest in music royalties among investors; music being valued on a whole other level. Recognizing the untapped potential for musicians, Stu set out to build evrgrn as a bridge between creatives and capital, making a difference in the work he is truly passionate about.

Our Story.

Stu has a network of over 100 companies and individuals engaged in music acquisition, securitization, advances, loans, and traditional music deals to help creatives unlock that value.
